The disclaimer is that message at the bottom of the posts about unsubscribing or changing list options. I also configured the list to send a big disclaimer explaining the workings of the list to everyone as they subscribe. Basically, this list will work about the same as Wind-Up's, minus the moderation, and actual freedom to say what's on your mind here without worrying about someone whining to list managers about it.

Ok, admittingly I have never gotten some of your sense of humor but thats ok. and I really don't want to sound like an air head but I really hope this is a good thing. I could use a little LESS negativity in my life right now!
